All materials, including software, logos, and proprietary logistics data, are the intellectual property of Ej Freight Group. You are granted a limited license to use our services for legitimate shipping purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not use our platform to circumvent Ej Freight Group by contacting matched carriers directly to arrange shipments outside of our brokerage services.
• You are prohibited from using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to monitor or copy our proprietary rate structures or carrier network information.
• You must not provide fraudulent information regarding freight dimensions, weight, or contents, which could compromise the safety of our carrier partners or violate Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Ej Freight Group acts solely as a freight broker and not as a motor carrier. All services are provided on an 'AS IS' basis. While we vet all carriers for reliability, Ej Freight Group is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay of cargo caused by the carrier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ej Freight Group shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our logistics services.

4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Ej Freight Group is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in our primary jurisdiction.
